Last year we  celebrated our 50th Anniversary  

In June the Centre was honoured with a visit by HRH Princess Alexandra.

 Stroke Action Advice Clinic - working in partnership with Enfield NHS we facilitate  a once a month Friday morning drop-in advice clinic for anyone, who has suffered a stroke or for a family member or carer of a stroke survivor. A dedicated stroke navigator will be here with information and advice to direct you to help and support on how to cope with  a stroke, benefits available and the journey to recovery.  Meet other stroke survivors. Next session will be Friday 2nd  March  2012  from 10am to 1pm 

As always at the RWC we are open to change and this year we are bringing you three new classes;

I.T Club—from Monday 9th January 10 am—12 noon

Latin American Dance—from Tuesday 10th January 11 am—12 noon

Zumba Gold—Wednesday 11th January from 3.30pm—4.15 pm

Memory Lane Sing-a-long Group, starting on Thursday 15th March

Enrole now for activities & classes in the New Year. Our Activity Schedule showing all classes and facilities is  available on request.


 

A registered Charity providing 70 classes or activities per week exclusively for the over 50s.  Activities range from Computing, Fitness, Dance, Arts, Life Skills, to Friendship groups and Clubs to Foreign Languages.

Health Management Services: Health Trainer, Blood Pressure Checks, Seasonal Flu Jabs, Chiropody, Meditation Classes
